Vegatrans utilized the “autobahn on the water” from the very beginning. We delivered bus chassis and trucks to the Volvo importer in Turkey via ship. Up until this time, the importers picked their vehicles up themselves by going overland. Combining rail with shipping logistics, we have been able to significantly reduce road mileage.
Our current provider UN RoRo provides a fast transport solution to Turkey with its daily departures to Istanbul, boasting the youngest and most modern fleet of RoRo ships in the Mediterranean Sea to connect Trieste and Toulon with Istanbul and Mersin.
