BGF Seal of Quality for Workplace Health Promotion
VEGA has been awarded the BGF Seal of Quality 2026–2028, officially recognizing the company’s long-term commitment to workplace health promotion & management (BGF).
Workplace health promotion is a key element of our corporate culture at VEGA. Our goal is to actively support and maintain the health, motivation, and long-term performance of our employees.
For this reason, we implement targeted measures that support and strengthen our employees in their daily work:
- Ergonomic workplaces ensuring healthy working conditions in administrative areas
- Optimizations in the transport sector and training programs promoting back-friendly working methods
- Sports and team activities, such as our in-house ice hockey team and participation in Albert Trophy sports events
- Participation in the Salzburg Business Run as an annual team event
- Healthy nutrition through fresh meals from the company canteen, fruit offerings, and snacks for employees on the go
- Sustainable mobility initiatives such as “Salzburg radelt,” JobRad, and more
- Employee workshops to encourage exchange, ideas, and continuous improvement
- Environmental activities along the Saalach river, combining physical activity, teamwork, and sustainability
